How is uterine duplication treated?

Typically, no treatment is necessary for double uterus. Concern arises only when planning to become pregnant. The smaller size of the uterus makes it more likely that you or your daughter might have premature labor and/or breech presentation, which could require a caesarean delivery. There is also a somewhat greater possibility of miscarriage.
