Overview
Gastrointestinal polyposis refers to a group of disorders that are associated with the growth of polyps anywhere within your child's gastrointestinal tract, including the stomach, small intestine and large intestine or colon.
How Boston Children's Hospital approaches gastrointestinal polyposis
The Center for Pediatric Polyposis at Children's was created to provide the highest quality comprehensive care to children with gastrointestinal polyps. Our program is unique among polyposis centers in the United States for its pediatric-oriented focus and location within a free standing children's hospital.
