Scheduling a new appointment

Our Hematology team provides families with the comprehensive care needed to meet their medical, physical, emotional and educational needs. If you’d like to schedule an appointment to see the Hematology team, please follow the steps below.

1. Call your child's primary care physician and have your child’s medical records faxed to the Hematology Program at 617-730-0641.
2. Our team will review the medical records and determine which specialist is best suited to care for your child.
3. Once a specialist has been assigned, one of our staff members will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Please note: We are unable to book any new appointments until we receive the medical information from your child’s referring physician.
