Leadership Discussion Series
This series was conceived by Aruna Ramachandran, PhD, Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Urology and a graduate of the Fellows’ Five-Part Leadership Training Series, led by Alan Paret, Senior Leadership Development Specialist, Learning and Development, Boston Children's Hospital. Each month, Aruna and Alan select a fellow and coach them to develop a presentation in an area of leadership development for the fellows. The session is open to all who are interested and provides a forum for reading and discussing a leadership topic in-depth with peers.
