Janet Soul, MD, director of Children's Neonatal Neurology Clinic, delivered a talk, "Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy and Neuroprotection," at the Elliot Hospital Newborn Intensive Care Unit Conference in Manchester, NH in September 2011.
