Janet Soul, MD, director of Children's Neonatal Neurology Clinic, delivered a talk, "Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy and Neuroprotection," at the Elliot Hospital Newborn Intensive Care Unit Conference in Manchester, NH in September 2011.

In a story aired August 31, 2010 on National Public Radio’s “All Things Considered,” Janet Soul, MD  provided comment about a study showing that babies born just a few weeks early have an increased risk of cerebral palsy. Click “Listen to the Story” to hear Dr. Soul’s comments.
