If your child's doctor has recommended plastic surgery, Boston Children's Hospital's Cosmetic Surgery Program can help.
Our experienced plastic surgeons perform the full range of cosmetic surgical procedures for children and adolescents who need major and minor alterations of their physical appearance.
How it works
After your child has been referred to us, you'll make an appointment to see one of our plastic surgeons for a consultation. The doctor will describe the surgery your child will have. You and your child can ask any questions you may have. Then, your child's surgeon will walk you through the process-from what you need to do before surgery to how to take care of your child after the operation.
In other words, our doctors and surgical staff will be with you every step of the way to make sure that your child gets the optimal treatment-and has a positive experience.
