Emergency Medicine
Curriculum
Throughout the three years there is a didactic curriculum, which includes research seminars, quality improvement/risk management, journal forums, statistical methods/research design and clinical management conferences. All Fellows spend the first two months in the ED. There are four (4) weeks of vacation time per year, divided into 1- or 2- week blocks.
ED/R designates a month of reduced clinical time so Fellows can allocate additional time and effort towards their research/academics.
