Adult/Internal Medicine Department
The doctors, nurses and staff of the Martha Eliot Health Center's Adult Clinic are working to prevent diseases, promote health and treat the illnesses of their patients. Our primary care services include primary preventive care and the diagnosis and treatment of chronic medical conditions. In addition, our providers and staff help coordinate health care services which includes referrals for appointments with specialists, tests, and procedures, as well as follow-up care for hospitalizations
