To schedule or cancel an appointment call 617-355-4539. When canceling an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible, so that we may accommodate other patients.

What we need prior to your visit:

• pathology slides
• radiology tests
• endoscopic procedures
• allergy tests
• recent gastroenterology and allergy clinic notes

Our preference is to have these documents faxed to 800-916-6076.  If they can not be faxed due to a large volume of records, please mail them to:
