The Children's Hospital Center for Refugee Trauma and Resilience (CHCRTR) is a National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) Treatment and Services Adaptation center with a focus on Refugee Trauma. The Refugee and Immigrant Assistance Center's overarching vision is to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services to refugees, asylees and immigrants in the greater Boston Area. Our partnership with RIAC includes their involvement in parent outreach, outreach to the broader Somali community, community education, and cultural consultation.

BUSSW's Building Refugee and Immigrant Degrees for Graduate Education (BRIDGE) program's primary goal is to increase the number of social workers serving culturally and linguistically diverse newcomer populations.

Home for Little Wanderers
The Home for Little Wanderers is a nationally renowned, private, non-profit child and family service agency. Project SHIFA collaborates with The Homeâ€™s Safe-at-Home program. The Safe-at-Home is a team of therapists who work intensively with a child, and his or her family, in the home for a period of 3 weeks to 3 months.
