Become a patient

At Children's Hospital Boston, our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to get your child the quality health care he or she needs. We work with you to identify the best doctor for your child; to keep your costs as low as possible; and to take care of any details along the way. We want to make your stay in Boston as easy and worry-free as possible.

Our multilingual team oversees the screening process designed to ensure our consulting physicians know as much about your child as possible before your family is asked to travel to Boston.

Following is the simple process for enrolling your child at Children's:

1. Fill out the registration form. We encourage you to involve your doctor in this process, so that we can get the quickest and most accurate idea of your child's medical history.

2. Submit the registration form by fax to 617-730-0627 or email international.center@childrens.harvard.edu

3. A case represenative will contact you within one business day.

4. We will work with you to find the best doctor for your child's needs, develop a plan of care, and set up a financial assistance plan for you.
