This section includes information about transportation assistance programs as well as information about reimbursement for transportation costs associated with hospitalizations, especially of chronically ill children.

Alabama Medicaid

American Airlines
Miles for Kids in Need Program gives donated skymiles to patients and families to fly to hospital for medical care; requires couple of weeks lead time
