Mail: Gifts and mail can help brighten a hospital stay. Patients at Boston Children's Hospital may receive letters, cards and gifts through the mail. Mail should be addressed to:

Please note: cards, letters, toys, flowers, games and Mylar balloons for patients are welcomed. However, latex balloons are not allowed anywhere in the hospital. Deliveries of latex balloons to the hospital will not be accepted.

Gift shop delivery: For a convenient and quick way to send a gift to a patient at Children's, the Gift Shop in the Main Lobby takes phone orders and will deliver a gift to a patient's room for you. Call us at 617-232-1147.
