The Engle Lab is a Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) molecular genetics and developmental neuroscience research lab at Boston Children’s Hospital and affiliated with Harvard Medical School and the Broad Institute. The lab’s primary mission is to define human congenital disorders of eye and face movement in order to discover genetic, cellular, and molecular mechanisms of cranial motor neuron and axon development.
