Current Environment: Production

Needham Pediatrics began in 1962 as a solo practice started by Dr. Christopher Salvo. Initially, Dr. Salvo saw patients in the garage of his house on Great Plain Avenue. In the late 1960s, Dr. Salvo took on his first partner, Dr. Thomas Connolly. Drs. Salvo and Connolly opened an office at 111 Lincoln Street in Needham in 1967. Dr. Norman Rosin joined the practice in 1972 and worked full-time for 43 years before retiring in 2015.

Today, Needham Pediatrics is staffed by 8 pediatricians and a nurse practitioner working in the proud tradition established by Dr. Salvo, Dr. Connolly, and Dr. Rosin. We are all board-certified pediatric specialists.

In March 2013, Needham Pediatrics moved to its current location at 145 Rosemary Street, Entry K, in Needham. With this larger and modernized space, we are well positioned for our next 50 years of service!
