Professional History

Caitlin graduated from Saint Anselm College with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. She obtained her Master's degree in Social Work from Springfield College School of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has over 17 years experience working with children, adolescents and families providing intensive community-based family & individual therapy. Caitlin also has extensive experience in helping manage a variety of behavioral health needs such as depression, anxiety and daily life stressors through the use of SFT, CBT, TC-CBT, mindfulness practices and psycho education.

There is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy and I believe you know yourself better than anyone else. Using that premise throughout therapy can be profound in helping guide individuals and families to change their thoughts and accomplish their desired outcomes, all while learning about their strengths and natural supports.
