The Medical Toxicology Fellowship Training Program at Boston Children's Hospital is operated through the hospital's Emergency Department in cooperation with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Other affiliations include CHA Cambridge Hospital, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

The fellowship is two years in duration and is available to graduates of ACGME-approved residency programs in pediatrics, emergency medicine, and preventative medicine. The program is closely affiliated with the Regional Center for Poison Control and Prevention, which provides the administrative facility and primary training site for the fellowship.

Fellows will work closely with a diverse and experienced faculty with a range of specialties, including environmental toxicology, epidemiology, bioterrorism preparedness, and others, and participate in toxicology consultations and admissions, daily poison center rounds, didactic seminars, research presentations, literature review, statistical methods/research design, and clinical management conferences.
