Research Overview

I am currently involved in several qualitative research projects: the pedagaogy and process of relational training through the Program to Enhance Relational and Communication Skills (PERCS); evaluating the long-term impact of PERCS training in Radiology; evaluating parental experience of communication within Neurology before and after relational training; and, developing a proposal for new research on aligning patient and provider expectations around surgical consent. I am also finalizing outputs from previous research on the long-term impacts of CNS tumors in adolescents and young adults and on patient and family engagement in research training.
