The Children’s Hospital Association leverages the advocacy strength, analytic capabilities, scientific rigor, and business acumen of the former NACHRI, NACH, and CHCA organizations on behalf of its member hospitals and the children they serve.
Children’s League of Massachusetts (CLM)
Children’s League of Massachusetts is a statewide non-profit association of more than 70 private and public organizations and individuals that collectively advocate for public policies and quality services that are in the best interest of the Commonwealth’s children, youth and families. It is through public education and advocacy that the Children’s League promotes the availability, accessibility, and quality of these needed services.
Children’s Mental Health Campaign (CHMC)
The Children’s Mental Health Campaign (CMHC) is an ever-growing coalition of families, advocates, health care providers, educators, and consumers from across Massachusetts dedicated to comprehensive reform of the children’s mental health system.
Conference of Boston Teaching Hospitals (COBTH)
The Conference of Boston Teaching Hospitals (COBTH) is a coalition of 14 Boston-area teaching hospitals. COBTH member hospitals recognize the importance of collaborating in a number of important areas, among them ensuring quality care and advocating for policies that advance the missions of medical education and research.
Health Care for All (HCFA)
Health Care for All seeks to create a consumer-centered health care system that provides comprehensive, affordable, accessible, culturally competent, high quality care and consumer education for everyone, especially the most vulnerable.
Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center (MB)
The Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center (MassBudget) produces non-partisan policy research, analysis, and data-driven recommendations focused on improving the lives of low- and middle-income children and adults, strengthening our state’s economy, and enhancing the quality of life in Massachusetts. MassBudget’s Children’s Budget shows how our state budget affects the lives of children. It describes every major program that serves children, including how the programs work, their goals, and their funding history.
Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association (MHA)
The Massachusetts Health and Hospital Association (MHA) is a voluntary, not-for-profit organization comprised of hospitals and health systems, related organizations, and other members with a common interest in promoting the good health of the people of the Commonwealth.
Massachusetts Public Health Association (MPHA)
The Massachusetts Public Health Association (MPHA) is the state’s leading voice for public health. This statewide membership organization engages communities in advocacy to protect and improve the health of all the Commonwealth’s residents.
Tobacco Free Mass (TFM)
Tobacco Free Mass is a privately funded coalition that advocates for funding and policies that support tobacco prevention and reduction of the public’s exposure to secondhand smoke. Since its founding in 1991, the Coalition has remained active by advocating for funding and policies to reduce death and disease caused by tobacco use.
Strategies for Children
Strategies for Children is an independent, non-profit organization that advocates for high-quality early education programs for the children of Massachusetts. Their Early Childhood Agenda works to increase access to childcare along with resources such as healthcare and housing through research, advocacy, building relationships within their coalition, and communicating with their partners and community.
