Pediatrics at Newton Wellesley | New Patients

Thank you for choosing Pediatrics at Newton Wellesley.  We pride ourselves in providing a family-based atmosphere to our patients. Our board-certified Pediatricians and Nurse Practitioners are excited to provide excellent medical care to your family. Our staff is highly experienced and able to provide assistance with a vast range of needs.  We also offer behavioral health services to our patients. These services are provided by our clinical social workers, Elizabeth Turco and Brooke Rosing, and Psychiatric NP, Jean Waitneight.

Pediatrics at Newton Wellesley requires all vaccinations to be completed according to the American Academy of Pediatrics. We do not defer or offer alternate vaccine schedules.  We have a fantastic team of Nurse Practitioners that rotate well visits with our Pediatricians.  Same-day sick visits are available daily by calling 617-969-8989. Our office is open Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to noon.

Interested new patient families should leave a voicemail on our new patient line by calling 617-969-8989. You will be asked to leave your name and contact number, patient name and age, PCP you are interested in and a brief explanation of why you are looking to transfer into our practice.  A designated patient care coordinator will return your call within 3-5 business days. You will also be emailed a pre-registration form to complete and return to us prior to being registered as a new patient. This form can be sent back to us via mail, fax or email.

In order to register your child as a new patient, we require complete medical records from birth to be provided to our practice by all previous medical facilities. Please contact your previous pediatrician to release the records to our office. Records can be received by mailing them to our Newton Wellesley Hospital location, faxed to 617-928-0178 or emailed to PNW.secure@pedinw.org. Please make sure you bring your insurance card to your first visit.
