The Fenwick Fellows Leadership Development Program

The Fenwick Fellows Leadership Development Program trains the next generation of clinical, research, operational and administrative leaders in pediatric health equity and inclusion.

Participants are intentionally selected from professional backgrounds, including medical, nursing, operations, administrative, research, and interprofessional staff, to expand the network of leaders and innovators.

The program serves to build momentum in developing sustainable and scalable initiatives, creating an expanding network of inclusive excellence-oriented collaborative investigators and innovators.

Each fellow participates in a longitudinal, comprehensive, didactic curriculum and seminars conducted by local and international leaders. Each fellow also completes a capstone project addressing an “opportunity gap” they identified in their department or clinical division. Graduates of the program receive certification documenting their completion of this leadership development program.

The application for the 2025 Fenwick Fellows Leadership Development Program is forthcoming.
