Allea Scifo | Professional History
Allea has over ten years of pediatric experience and has worked at several world renowned hospitals in the Northeast. She started her career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital and then completed a dual advanced Master’s degree in Pediatric Primary and Acute care at Northeastern University in Boston. Her clinical interests and subspecialties include hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, familial cardiomyopathy and genetics, and cardiomyopathies secondary to muscular dystrophy, cancer, genetic and metabolic syndromes. Allea is an educational speaker on the topic of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and local resource for school nurses.
