Erin Kelly

Erin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who joined Needham Pediatrics in 2022. Erin's role is to help families navigate the behavioral health system and connect them to resources tailored to their exact needs. Erin graduated from Salem State University with her Bachelor's in Social Work and Graduated from Regis College with her Master's in Clinical Social Work.

Some of Erin's specialties include behavior management, suicidal assessment, and care coordination. Erin has experience working as a therapist, case manager with adults with disabilities, and working for a local crisis team, With this experience, Erin is able to accurately assess patient's needs, give psychoeducation on behavioral and mental health concerns, and give them appropriate resources for additional services.
