Eyal Krispin | Professional History

I am an attending physician and fetal surgeon in the Maternal Fetal Care Center at Boston Children’s Hospital. I specialize in diagnosing and managing the care of patients who may require fetal intervention.

I have built my career on the foundation of patient care, research, and education, and have been involved in clinical, research, educational, and leadership activities at both the national and international level.

My clinical work and my patients are always my top priority. I care for my patients as if they were my family members. I encourage them to reach out to me directly with any questions or concerns, and I endeavor to create warm, trustful communication with them. I also take great pride in my work to advance the field of maternal-fetal care. Today, I lead and participate in numerous clinical studies in which I have worked to add information to the existing data, analyze and evaluate current prenatal treatment conventions, offer new perspectives, and construct clinically applicable tools and care recommendations.

I put enormous effort into teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows as assistant professor at Harvard Medical School, where I teach students both in the clinic and the operating room.

I completed my residency at the Rabin Medical Center, Israel's most prestigious university-affiliated medical centers. I received my post-doctoral training in maternal-fetal medicine ultrasound at the Tel-Aviv University and the Sheba Medical Center, the largest hospital in Israel.

I come to Boston Children's from Texas Children's Hospital, where I completed a high-volume perinatal surgery fellowship program and developed my skills in the full breadth of fetal intervention surgeries.
