  • This Agreement is governed by and will be construed in all respects under the laws of the State of Massachusetts, exclusive of its choice of law or conflict of laws provisions.
  • In any claim or action by you directly or indirectly arising under this Agreement or related to this Website, you (1) irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in or serving Boston, Massachusetts; and (2) waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such court.

If any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be not enforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, then such provisions will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect. 

Boston Children’s Hospital’s empowers users to make choices about text messages they receive.

When you sign up for text messages from Boston Children’s Hospital, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Boston Children’s Hospital, including updates related to your visits, MyChildren’s account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management.

You can opt-out of SMS messages by texting STOP to respective short code. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from. If you want to join again, sign up using MyChildren’s or text HELP to the short code for instructions.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary.

Boston Children’s Hospital may terminate your use of this Website.

If you violate this Agreement, Boston Children’s Hospital may, in its sole discretion, terminate your access to this Website, or any portion thereof, or discontinue providing this Website, or any portion thereof. These actions are in addition to and not in lieu or limitation of any other right or remedy Boston Children’s Hospital may have available at law. Further, Boston Children’s Hospital will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination or discontinuance.
