MyChart: Your online health care support site
As the parent or guardian of a current Fellsway Pediatrics patient, you can use this patient portal for convenient 24-hour, seven-day-a-week secure access to your child's electronic health records from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office computer.
This is a voluntary system, developed to protect and streamline the flow of medical information between you and our offices. Unlike email, any communication through the portal is secure.
It will not replace your access to to your child's pediatrician, or to our staff. As always, we will remain available to you personally and by phone.
Using MyChart you will be able to:
- Communicate online with our practice, securely and efficiently
- Ask non-urgent questions
- We will respond within 24 hours or the next business day
- Request appointments
- View date and time of upcoming appointments
- Request medication refills
- View your child's immunization records
- Review your statements
- Manage your personal information
COVID-19 update with virtual options via MyChart
Fellsway Pediatrics doctors are still here for you. To help with social distancing, we have expanded the options you have for care:
- Video Visits: A video visit offers face-to-face medical care from the comfort of your home. This scheduled appointment allows you to receive an online diagnosis for certain conditions through a video chat with your provider, instead of a traditional in-office visit.
- eVisits: Through a MyChart eVisit, you can receive an online diagnosis and treatment plan for some non-urgent conditions. Evisits are not scheduled, so you can 'Begin an Evisit' at any time of day. You will be prompted to answer a series of questions and describe your symptoms. Once your provider reviews this information alongside your medical history, you'll receive a message with the recommended treatment plan. No online video or chats necessary!
Username and password
If you would like to use the MyChart Portal, just call the office. We will set you up and give you a username and password (which you can later change).
