I believe in teaching patients about their injuries and how to be their own best advocate in caring for their bodies. While we never want to see injuries happen, they can be an opportunity to improve and return to your sport, dance or function better than before. We not only want to treat the injury and help athletes and dancer feel batter, we want them to get better.
