The Dove Lab is located in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Boston Children’s Hospital, the primary pediatric teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. Our work focuses on the regulation of gene expression in pathogenic bacteria. We aim to understand how transcription regulators and posttranscriptional regulators control the expression of genes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Francisella tularensis that are important for virulence or growth.
