Dr. Rodrigue's research is aimed at understanding the biological underpinnings of psychiatric disorders, especially those related to psychosis, using structural and functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and genetics. She primarily uses these tools for biomarker discovery, characterization, and validation. To accomplish this goal Dr. Rodrigue uses multiple imaging modalities and large scale datasets from both family-based and population-based cohorts. Current interests include genetic influences underlying brain based psychosis biomarkers and validation of existing neuroimaging biomarkers in psychosis using machine learning.
Researcher | Research Background
Dr. Rodrigue completed her master's degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette followed by a PhD in Psychology from the University of Georgia. She is currently a postdoc working under the supervision of Dr. David Glahn.
