Front Desk, Referral, and Billing Staff
Our Front Desk receptionists are the first people to greet you when you arrive for an appointment at Needham Pediatrics! They also answer your phone calls, help you book appointments, and direct your calls to other appropriate staff members when necessary.
Fayth Wallace is our Medical Home Coordinator and supervises the processing of referrals for subspecialty services and prior authorization for prescribed medications. Fayth also helps us arrange appointments for patients with specialists when needed. Fayth can be reached by calling 781-444-7190 and pressing '1' from our telephone menu. If you reach Fayth's voice mail, please leave her a message and she will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Diagnostic studies such as ultrasound, CT and MRI scans, or EEGs are scheduled by our front desk staff. If prior authorization is required, the requests are handled by Denise Wynne.
Our billing department supervises the submission of charges to insurers. If you have any questions about bills you have received from our office or about whether certain services we provide are covered by your insurance, you may contact our billing department by calling 781-444-7190 and pressing '3' from our telephone menu. If you reach the billing department's voice mail, please leave a message, and the billing department will get back to you as soon as they are able.
