The End-Stage Renal Disease Program is located on the fourth floor of the Farley Building.
- Enter the hospital through the Main Entrance and walk up the stairs on your left.
- At top of the stairs, make a right. Take the elevators to the 4th Floor
- The Dialysis Unit will be in front of you as you walk off the elevators.
- The Kidney Transplant Program Office (Farley 403) is located down the hall.
