Parry Romberg Syndrome Management Research | Overview

 

Dr. Ingrid Ganske is focused on the medical and surgical management of a rare craniofacial disorder, Parry-Romberg Syndrome, characterized by progressive hemifacial atrophy. Implementing a three-pronged research approach, Dr. Ganske continues to conduct a prospective 3D imaging study to track PRS progression, a respective study investigating the management and prognosis of patients with PRS treated at Boston Children's over the past 40 years, and an investigation into 3D photogrammetric analyses to track facial asymmetry in growing pediatric patients.
