Monday through Friday:  8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday:  8 a.m. to noon

We are located at Entry K ("for kids!") of The Rosemary Office Park at 145 Rosemary Street, Entry K.

Appointments

We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. We ask that you contact us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to re-schedule your appointment.

Insurance and Billing

We contract with most health insurers. Please call or email us for information specific to your insurance company and plan.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please speak to our front desk staff for details.
