These are research studies that help us determine if a medication is effective and safe. We need patients to volunteer for clinical trials; it’s only with their help that we’re able to improve treatment for them and future patients.

Setmelanotide in acquired hypothalamic obesity

The goal of this trial is to learn how well Setmelanotide works to improve weight reduction, hunger, and quality of life in patients 4 years of age and older with acquired hypothalamic obesity. Learn about the Setmelanotide trial.
