In order to provide convenient access to our cardiologists, Boston Children's Cardiology Clinics are located at our Longwood campus in Boston and in several communities throughout Eastern Massachusetts.
Each site is staffed by cardiologists from the Cardiology Outpatient Service at Boston Children's who rotate to these clinics on a regular basis. In most cases the team includes a nurse, nurse practitioner, echocardiographer and occasionally a pediatric cardiology fellow.
All non-invasive testing other than exercise tests are offered at all of our Boston Children's Cardiology Outpatient Clinic locations. However, sedated echocardiograms, which are sometimes necessary, are performed only at the main hospital in Boston.
