Your appointment
Plan to arrive at your appointment 30 minutes early. This will give you time to get to the appointment, register with the front desk, and fill out questionnaires as needed.
If you need to change your appointment, please call us at 617-971-2100. We ask that you call as far in advance as possible, as we may not be able to reschedule you at the time you want without enough notice.
What should I bring to my appointment?

If it is your first visit, please make every effort to bring a copy of your vaccine record and any other health records from other clinics and hospitals.
