How will the virtual visit begin?
Up to 7 days before your virtual visit, you will receive a text or email reminder to complete eCheck-in. One hour before your scheduled appointment, you will receive an email with a "Join Video Visit" button to access your visit. To join your virtual visit by MyChildren's, login to your MyChildren's account 15 minutes before your visit begins and select the "Join Video Visit" button.
If you do not have a MyChildren’s portal account you will receive an email with a Zoom link one hour before the visit.
If you need help accessing your visit, please call 617-919-4390 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Please note we are not open on major holidays.
