The staff was amazing. My son is 1 month old now and I did not know what to expect from peds office. My husband and I were more than pleased with the office, staff and mostly Amanda!! We are so happy with our choice of office and feel very comfortable with our doc!

I called to make a last minute appointment and was in an exam within 30 minutes of my phone call. The staff was friendly and courteous, the waiting room was clean and child-friendly, and I was treated with respect and consideration. I was in the office for a minor issue (which in all honesty probably did not warrant an office visit), but my concerns were still listened to, taken seriously, and addressed. I was even given a clean diaper and wipes since I didn’t have a diaper bag with me!

I am very appreciative of the phone calls received back from the on-call nurses that work during non-office hours. There have been a few times in the past month where my son has had a fever and other symptoms that have been a concern, and they call back within the half-hour to answer any questions. This being my first child, I think it is wonderful that they even call back the next day to check in and see how the night went.

As a parent it made me really feel like the doctors in the practice really care for the children and want whats best for them. I think it was great! My previous pediatrician office never did anything like that and the fact that it was you, a physician taking the time to send the [phone] message was even better.. It wasn’t just a recording!! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to change doctors and things like this make me realize it was the best decision for my children!! Keep up the good work :)
