Our office is closed for lunch and staff activities from noon to 1 p.m. daily.

From our main number (508-295-8622), you can select the department you want to reach. You must unblock your phone if you want to receive a call back.
After 5 p.m. and on weekends, you will reach our triage service when you call our main number. The triage nurse will assist you with your questions.
Directions
We are located in Wareham, Massachusetts, on Marion Road (US 6), just off of Main Street. Our office is centrally located near the intersection of Interstate 495 and Interstate 195, and close to Route 28.
Follow Main Street south from the center of town. Turn left on Chapel Street which becomes Marion Road. Our office is a newly renovated building on the right. Parking is free and ample.
