Boston Children’s Hospital offers virtual, or telehealth, visits in most clinics. To have an appointment with your provider via video, you just need a mobile device, tablet, or computer with Wi-Fi connection. For more information head to our Virtual Visits page.

At your first appointment to our clinic, you will be asked to complete a patient information and health history form. Completing this form prior to your appointment will speed up the check-in process.
