Outpatient Psychiatry Service | Developmental Neuropsychiatry

DNP provides diagnostic evaluation, treatment, and consultation for the often-complex mental health needs of children and adolescents whose development is impacted by:

• disorders that cause hallucinations and psychosis, such as schizophrenia
• developmental disorders, such as autism spectrum disorders
• psychiatric complications of conditions such as genetic disorders and epilepsy
• commonly comorbid psychological symptoms like anxiety and depression

Psychoeducation for family members regarding symptoms and illness, skill building, and healthy life balance is also available through providers within the DNP.
