Monday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to noon

If your child is sick after hours and you need urgent medical advice, call 617-965-6700 ex 4112 (Same Day Sick) or ex 4113 (Nursing Advice) and leave us a message and we will return your call promptly. However, if it is a non-urgent matter, we kindly request you call on the next business day.
Directions & parking
Our office is located at 2000 Washington St, inside of Newton Wellesley Hospital. You can enter through either entrance to access our office. We are located on the 4th floor of the Green Medical Building in site 468.
By Car:
Garage parking is available at either entrance of the hospital — Both the East and West entrances offer valet parking. Our main patient parking garage is located at the East Entrance and is located closest to the street with 6 levels of parking available. The West Entrance holds a small (uncovered) patient parking lot that is available for self-parking. Both are “Pay on Foot” parking garages, so please remember to take your parking slip with you so you can pay for your parking before you return to your car. We do not provide vouchers for parking. We do not validate parking for any of the garages. Parking should never exceed more than $10.00.

Public transportation
We are a five-minute walk from the Woodland T stop on the Green D (Riverside) line.
By MBTA:
Our office is also easily accessible by the MBTA (”T”) subway system. From the Woodland stop on the Green Line “D” train, walk up to the main street (Washington Street) and take a left. Continue across one intersection and the hospital will be straight ahead on your left. Walk up the small hill next to the uncovered employee parking lot and you should see the East Entrance. Speak to a greeter who can direct you to the Green Building. Take the elevator to the 4th floor and our office is at the end of the hallway on the right-hand-side.
After hours
When the office is closed after business hours, on weekends, and holidays, we have phone coverage by on-call pediatricians and a nurse phone triage service. If your child is sick after hours, and you need urgent medical advice, call and leave us a message at 617-965-6700, and we will return your call promptly. However, if it is a non-urgent issue, we kindly request you call on the next business day.
Appointments
All appointments are scheduled on an availability basis. Same-day sick visits may be scheduled throughout the day based on urgency and staff availability. Please speak to our nursing staff to schedule these visits. Please plan to arrive at your appointment at least 10 minutes ahead of time.
First visit
To facilitate a swift visit, please plan to send any medical and immunization records to our office prior to the day of your appointment.
Telephone advice and triage
If your child is sick or you have questions regarding your child's health during office hours, please call and leave a message for our pediatric triage nurses. They will return your call in a timely manner and will advise you on whether or not you need to be seen by a provider urgently or non-urgently, and will facilitate with scheduling as needed. Alternatively, you may leave a message for our physicians and they will address your questions in a time-sensitive manner. You may also leave a message to request prescription refills. We encourage you to call early in the day so that we will best be able to meet your needs.
