If you would like to refer a patient for evaluation or treatment of an aneurysm, AVM, cavernous malformation, moyamoya disease, vein of Galen malformations, or other cerebrovascular disease, please contact us directly:

It’s helpful for us to have relevant test results before a patient arrives, including:
- Clinical or operative notes
- X-rays, MRI, CT scans, or angiograms
- Relevant lab work reports
Images may be uploaded to our secure server. For temporary credentials and instructions, please email CVDSurgery@childrens.harvard.edu or call 617-919-1379. We might request additional images once we’ve been in contact with you.

Education and training
Pediatric Cerebrovascular Disease Fellowship
The Cerebrovascular Surgery and Intervention Center Fellowship provides multidisciplinary training in treating the full range of cerebrovascular conditions affecting children. The fellowship lasts one year.
Pediatric Surgeon-Scientist Training Program in Vascular Diseases
The program, part of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health & Human Development, is a unique training program to produce the next generation of pediatric surgeon-scientists with the skill set necessary to improve the lives of children through innovative, translational research.
