Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the United States, anytime. Crisis Text Line is there for any crisis. A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from a secure online platform.

Crisis Text Line provides crisis counseling services 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Lifeline and 988

Call, text, or chat 988 to be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how your problems are affecting you, provide support, and connect you to resources if necessary.
