This series of video tutorials describes what is Message Banking and why you may want to do it, offers many tips to consider when message banking (learned from many people with ALS and their family), describes the preferred .wav format, details our recommended use of a handheld recorder for authentic message banking throughout the day and,  demonstrates the use of a headset microphone if holding the recorder to your mouth is too fatiguing.
