As a Dana-Farber/Boston Children's patient, you can access two patient portals to manage your child's appointments and health information.

Need older records?
If you need records dated before Jan. 1, 2021, submit a form to request records or contact the Health Information Management team at 617-355-7546. There may be a fee for the request.

For help with the MyChildren's Patient Portal, call us at 617-919-4396. We are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. We are not open on Sundays or major holidays.
